Tess Israelson

Tess is an avid world traveler. Inspiration for her work comes from traveling to new places and experiencing new cultures.
She has been sculpting for 25 years working mostly in clay but has also worked in stone and wood.
A few years into art school, she escaped the confines of its bureaucracy to pursue her dream of exploring the world. Her work greatly benefited from this decision which allowed her to study in many different countries with many amazing teachers & artists.
In 2009, she began studying Meditation, Energetic Healing (Energy Work) and Yoga. It has been instrumental for her growth as a human being and as an artist. Practicing meditation daily, allows her artwork to reach deeper dimensions on a physical and energetic level.
Her work is shown in various galleries and art shows in Southern California. You can catch her every year at the Seal Beach art fair, Sunset Beach art fair, Newport Beach art fair, the OC Fair and many more. Check the Exhibitions page for current shows.
Her work can also be found in private collections across mainland US, Hawaii, South Korea, The Philippines, South Africa and Nepal.
